Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If things aren't quite right, here is how we handle returns:
1. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will make it right. These items are fully returnable, and we will cover all return shipping costs. Please notify us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or full refund.
2. Change of Mind
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are in their original, resaleable condition. For "change of mind" returns:

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Refund Amount: We will refund the item’s purchase price, less the original freight/shipping costs incurred by us to send the order to you.
3. Refund Timeline
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of handing your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will receive it much sooner. This timeline accounts for:

Transit time: 5 to 10 business days.

How to Start a Return

View the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu.

Click the Return Item(s) button.
We will notify you via email once we have received and processed your return.
